SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in at least one foreign language at a high level, enabling confident communication with native speakers. English knowledge at a minimum B1 level (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of PC, office applications, and Google Sheets
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Good diction, diligence, proactivity, and reliability.Willingness to learn and grow through hands-on experience and practice
RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction interviews on behalf of World known corporations.
